Our commitment, the measures implemented on this website, and how to report an accessibility difficulty.

Our commitment

Optimator works to make this website accessible to people with disabilities and to provide an equal, respectful, comfortable, and independent browsing experience. The website is designed toward the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

Accessibility measures implemented

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, links, and form labels.
  • A keyboard-visible skip link leading directly to the main content.
  • Full operation of navigation, menus, filters, accordions, forms, and documentation controls by keyboard.
  • Visible focus indicators and logical focus handling in menus and form errors.
  • Support for English, Hebrew, right-to-left layout, browser zoom, and responsive reflow.
  • Alternative text or decorative treatment for images and visual elements.
  • Accessible form validation with field identification, focus, and live error messages.
  • An accessibility control providing larger text, higher contrast, animation reduction, and reset options.
  • Reduced-motion support according to the operating system preference.

Using the accessibility control

The Accessibility button is fixed near the bottom edge of every page. Open it by mouse, touch, or keyboard and select one or more adjustments. Preferences are stored locally in your browser and can be reset at any time.

Known limitations

Some content is supplied by third parties, including externally hosted brand icons and Google Fonts. Their accessibility and availability may depend on those providers. The contact form opens the visitor's default email application, whose accessibility is controlled by the email software provider.

Accessibility arrangements for service

Optimator's services are provided primarily online and remotely. Meetings can be coordinated by accessible video call or at an agreed accessible location. If you need an alternative format or another adjustment, contact us in advance by email.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier, include the page address, a description of the problem, the action you attempted, your browser, operating system, and assistive technology if relevant. We will review the report and work to provide an accessible alternative or correction.
