Who we are

Optimator provides business automation, CRM implementation, integrations, and custom software services. This policy applies to information submitted through optimator.co.il.

Information we collect

The contact form asks for the following information:

  • Name.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • The free-text message describing the process, system, or business need.
  • Your explicit approval of this privacy policy before sending.

We do not intentionally request sensitive medical, financial, biometric, or government identification information through this form. Please do not include such information in the message.

How the contact form works

The website sends the submitted fields through a secured server-side form endpoint so Optimator can receive the inquiry by email without opening your email application. The hosting and email-delivery providers may process the submitted fields and technical request data needed to prevent abuse and deliver the message. The website does not use the form submission to create a public profile or advertising audience.

Why we use the information

  • To respond to your inquiry and identify the appropriate service.
  • To understand, scope, quote, and manage a potential project.
  • To maintain business correspondence and provide requested support.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights where required.

Contact-form approval is not consent to marketing messages. Optimator will not add you to a marketing mailing list solely because you submitted an inquiry.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by email, hosting, security, and IT service providers only as needed to operate the website and respond to the inquiry. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a competent authority, or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only for the period reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain required records, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and backup retention requirements.

Cookies and local storage

The website currently does not use analytics pixels or advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage to remember the selected language and accessibility preferences. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers and may receive technical request data such as the visitor's IP address and browser information. If tracking technologies are added later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Do not submit confidential credentials, API keys, passwords, or sensitive records through the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by Optimator, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal retention duties.
